At Skinora, your satisfaction means everything to us. We are committed to providing beauty and skincare products you’ll love and feel confident using every day. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products may not be eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will quickly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Once your return has been approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
